1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Lumirion website or using our consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

Lumirion provides advisory services regarding AI compliance, including but not limited to EU AI Act readiness. Our advice is based on current regulatory interpretations and does not constitute a substitute for formal legal counsel from a law firm or technical certification from a notified body unless explicitly stated.

3. Confidentiality

Lumirion acknowledges that it may receive access to sensitive proprietary information. We agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, algorithms, and business processes shared during the term of our engagement.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy in our compliance audits, Lumirion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our recommendations. The final responsibility for AI system compliance rests with the Client.

5. Fees and Payment

Consultancy fees are agreed upon via written proposal. Standard payment terms are 14 days net from the date of invoice.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the District Court of Vantaa (Vantaan käräjäoikeus).
